Took me almost and hour to drive up to DMACC only to have my instructor greet me in the hallway and tell me they were closing due to the winter storm warnings. Would have been nice if they would have announced it before 1:30 since I had a class at 2:20 and left home around 1:15. Oh well.
Since I had no classes today I decided to go get my Drivers License renewed since it had expired 1-31. I went to the location over on Euclid. Took me all of 15 minutes, there was only one other couple there. Yeah, thats done.
On my way home from the DOT I decided to stop at Gordmans to see if I could find some cheap art to go in the upstairs bathroom. Firestone is in the same location so I stopped to see if I could get the oil changed and the tires rotated. Sure enough they were not busy either. So I walked up to Gordmans to shop while they worked on my vehicle.
Found some cheap art that I hope will work and I was on my way home by 4:15. Still enough time to miss the main rush hour traffic. Yeah, something else that needed to get done.
